    Pay Rate

    • Starting: $22/hour

    • Maximum: $25.99/hour

    Transportation

    • Required to provide their own vehicle and arrive at job sites on time and in professional attire.

    Probationary Period

    • Initial 90-day probationary period required as apprentice prior to placement in this role.

    Mechanical Skills

    • All mechanical skills from previous levels as well as the ability to operate hand and power tools with basic knowledge and reasonable proficiency. Ability to perform all entry level operations and tasks as indicated by lead or project manager. At this level and all following levels employees are expected to train new hires and less experienced technicians.

    Communication Skills

    • All communication skills from previous level as well as the ability to communicate using standard construction verbiage and terms. Staff at this level should be able to communicate basic and mid level tasks with very limited oversight.

    Technical Skills

    • Ability to operate all hand and power tools required by company. With a base tool set including professional grade carry bag, impact driver, drill,
      oscillating tool, and required smaller hand tools.

    Consumable materials to be supplied by the company within reason. Company will replace materials subject to normal wear but not due to negligence or loss. Items not listed here such as LVT cutter, Tile saw, concrete mixer, ladders, paint gun, space heaters, compressors, air hoses, water hoses, packing blankets and zip wall components are supplied by company but are in limited but available.

    Note: This is not an exhaustive list and the tools needed may vary depending on the specific repair or project.

    Company to supply ladders, pop up awnings, location specific platforms for access, waste removal strategy, consumable materials due to wear and tear such as: trim saw blades, miter saw blades, oscillating blades, screws, nails… etc.

    Company is not responsible for loss or theft of materials during the course of work. Employees are responsible for any loss or damage to issued equipment while in their care or possession. This includes replacement as required.
